		<description><![CDATA[Hi Sarah, Sammy and Samrat.  Great to hear how well the SLNs are going and looking forward to hearing more in September when Sarah gets back to the UK.  When the idea of the SLNs was first proposed it seemed it could be a bit of a risk - would people participate?  But it sounds as though it is proving a great mechanism for sharing practice and a super initiative coming out of the project.  Well done!
